A message dated April 20, 2001, was read stating the Senate has                                     
passed CSSSHB 13(JUD) with the following amendment and it is                                        
transmitted for consideration:                                                                      
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR SS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 13(RLS)                                             
     "An Act relating to municipal service areas and providing for                                  
     voter approval of the formation, alteration, or abolishment of                                 
     certain service areas."
